This role is full time (Monday to Friday) at a Central City location.

We are after an exceptional person who is either aspirational and willing to make the role their own or someone with existing Leadership experience. This is an exciting career opportunity for an experienced, confident, and enthusiastic Operations Manager to lead our close-knit team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience working within the Financial Services or similar type of industry (4+ years).
• Experience managing and nurturing a team.
• Strong analytical and process management skills, with the ability to identify and implement areas that will improve productivity, accuracy and good customer outcomes.
• Effective time management and prioritising skills, in order to adhere to tight deadlines.
• The ability to be process focused & demonstrate natural initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding Leadership to a growing team of 5+.
• As Compliance Officer implement and manage WISEplanning’s compliance program.
• Ensure the company is delivering good client outcomes consistently.
• Develop a good understanding of all the products and be able to communicate confidently with internal stakeholders, regulators and industry bodies.
• Develop & review company policies & procedures.
